Energy Briefing: Prop 112 10/17/2018 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM | Event Description - - | Proposition 112 is a statutory ballot measure that, if passed will establish a 2500 setback between new oil and gas development and occupied structures or other vulnerable areas. Our Energy Briefing on October 17th, 12:00 PM will feature a point/counterpoint discussion of the merits of this proposal. Presenting the supporting arguments for the measure will be Scott Beilfuss, Mesa County Democratic Party. Presenting the opposing arguments will be Dan Haley, Colorado Oil and Gas Association.
