Event Description - - | “View from the Top” Energy Briefing on December 12th Proposition 112, the proposal for 2500-foot setbacks went down to defeat at the polls last week much to the relief of many in the oil and gas industry. That doesn’t mean there will not be further activity on this issue next year but for now, planning and development for managing oil and gas activity in 2019 is underway within the Piceance Basin. What is the current level of activity? Will it continue at the same pace in coming months? Will it grow?
